We accept credit cards, cashiers check, personal checks/money orders.

First email us at info@southtahoecabin.com the dates of arrival and departure and which property you are want to rent. Then choose a method of payment listed at the bottom of the page.

Reservations: All reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total rent. CANCELLATION FEES WILL INCUR WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE RESERVATION BEING CANCELLED WITHIN 48 HOURS of making the reservation.

RENT IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, IN FULL. RENT IS DUE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS HOLIDAYS.

**LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS (reservations made within 30 days of arrival)     REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE FULL PAYMENT, UNLESS CANCELLED WITHIN 24 Hour OF MAKING THE RESERVATION.**

We are NOT responsible for fire damage or theft of personal property.  Guests are suggested to buy their own renters and/or travel insurance.

Check-in: For all reservations, check-in is 3 PM. Earlier check-in times can be arranged prior to your arrival. Since you have to fill out the short rental agreement prior to you arrival, all guests can just go straight to the property and use their specific combination code to enter the properties.

Check-Out: is at 10 AM. If for some reason you need to extend your check-out time, please let us know so we can make any late check-out arrangements. Lori Hill, our local contact person can handle any questions while you are staying in South Lake Tahoe. Note that she is NOT our management person nor does she represent a management company; she is only our local contact and cleaning person. She may be contacted for emergencies and lock-outs (a charge will apply for lock-outs).

Once we know your desired property and in/out dates, we'll add your reservation into our computers and a reservation number is generated. We will then send you a confirmation package with all the necessary information including a short rental agreement form, which you will sign and return to us.
