We accept credit cards, cashiers checks, personal checks/money orders.  Email us at info@southtahoecabin.com the dates of arrival and departure and which property you are interested in renting then choose a method of payment.

All reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total rent.  Cancellation fees will incur with the exception of the reservation being cancelled within 48 hours of making the reservation.

Rent is due 30 days prior to arrival in full.  Rent is due 60 days prior to arrival for Christmas and New Years holidays.

Last minute reservations (reservations made within 15 days of arrival): Require a non-refundable full payment, unless cancelled within 24 hours of making the reservation.

CHECCK-IN: For all reservations, check-in is at 3 PM.  Earlier check-in times can be arranged prior to your arrival.  The short rental agreement must be completed and faxed back prior to your arrival.  60 Burke Creek guests need to check-in at the clubhouse to obtain parking passes prior to going to the property.  131 Cypress guests can just go straight to the property.  The six digit combination code will emailed to guests once all paperwork is completed.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 11 AM.  If for some reason you need to extend your check-out time, please let us know so we can make any late check-out arrangements.  Extra fees may apply.  We are not responsible for lock-outs and guests are responsible for any charges incurred for being locked out of the properties.

Once we know your desired property and in/out dates, we’ll add your reservation into our computers and a reservation number is generated.  We will then send you a confirmation package with all the necessary information including a short rental agreement contract, which you will sign and return to us ASAP with final payment if payment has not already been paid in full.
