Located just a mile away from the casinos, it provides a great escape from city life but still provide easy access to groceries, shopping and skiing. This three bed and two bath comes with many amenities such as a private hot tub on the deck, full kitchen, washer/dryer, cable TV, internet, and much more. During the summer you can enjoy the shared amenities of the swimming pool, sauna, BBQ pits and picnic tables, tennis courts, children’s playground and clubroom.
131 Cypress Lane:
This is our spectacular 2200 square foot single home nestled in the residential area of Lower Kingsbury. Located just half a mile away from the casinos, it provides a great escape from city life. This three bedroom and three bath home has a large fenced back yard. You can enjoy many of the amenities ranging from soaking in the private hot tub underneath the gazebo to cooking a gourmet meal in our full kitchen. There is also a large loft area for hanging out or sleeping. The house has wireless internet and comes with digital cable.

About Us
We bought these properties about 5 years ago and we have been renting them out ever since. We occasionally go to Tahoe for mini vacations with our large family and we find that having a large place to stay is quite convenient. We have been renting these properties for 5 years now and we have had hundreds of different guests and all of them have been very satisfied with our service and properties. Our aim is to share our love for Tahoe with others. We hope that by staying at our properties we can show people how amazing Lake Tahoe is. We wish that everyone will enjoy the wonders and beauty of South Lake Tahoe.
